Our construction or renovation projects start with planning with customers. After visiting customer homes or offices, we build 3D models of the spaces to help customers to visualize and make decisions on options. Once the material options and the scope of work are determined and agreed, the estimate is finalized accordingly. Then, we obtain necessary permits from jurisdictions, order materials, and coordinate and schedule with subcontractors to start construction. We are a woman-owned small business focused on residential and commercial construction in the northern Virginia region. We are an insured and Class A licensed contractor in Virginia. We specialize in the construction and remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, porches/decks, and finished basements.

Our goal is to deliver quality work to your satisfaction within your budget and within the agreed time frame.

For commercial projects, we specialize in the construction or remodeling of lobbies, restrooms, custom cabinetry work, and space partitions.

ABOUT THE OWNER

Nalan Bozkurt founded MENA Construction and serves as the President of the company. Nalan has 23 years of experience in construction. She started her construction career as a field engineer for a contractor building hospitals and holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Nalan has worked on commercial and residential renovation projects in the DC metropolitan area for 18 years.
